Description

Kim Owen Chan, also known as Uncle Chan, spent most of his life as a technician. By coincident he was inspired by an archaic style of Chinese calligraphy, Clerical script. It presented the art of being restrained in desperate situations, the Qin Dynasty.

He chose 2 different kinds of Chinese tea from Yunan with his writing of Jí xiáng and Rúyì in Clerical Script to share the learning with the world. Hoping all of us can learn from the past and live in a Lucky and Happy life.

Jixiang - guā fēng zhài - Ancient Tree White Tea

It is popular among the people that white tea is "one year of tea, three years of medicine, seven years of treasure". It’s lightly fermented and cool in nature. Modern people usually eat spicy food, smoke and drink too much. Drinking this white tea in moderation can clear away heat and moisturize, making it harmonious and auspicious.

Tips for brewing: It can be boiled to make tea or cold brewed.

Ruyi - wān gōng - The ancient tree black tea.

Refined black tea made from centuries-old trees fermented and naturally dried, it can unblock qi, relieve depression and pain. When life encounters setbacks or you become angry for no reason, brew and drink it to regain your happiness.

Tips for brewing: If black tea is soaked for a long time, it will easily taste astringent and affect the effect. It should be brewed separately with tea filter
